Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their Hospital Management System operations, ensuring healthcare excellence and efficient system management.

Position Overview

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the Hospital Management System, driving strategic planning, system enhancements, and operational efficiency. This role requires comprehensive understanding and innovative leadership to enhance healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manages and directs the SBU toward its primary goals and objectives.
  2. Aligns the SBU to strategy and commercial targets.
  3. Coordinate and manage hospital management system operations, ensuring seamless integration with healthcare services.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve system performance and patient care quality.
  5. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  6. Foster robust relationships with stakeholders to drive system effectiveness and improvements.
  7. Analyze system data to identify areas for optimization and innovation.
  8. Lead and mentor a team to ensure efficient operational workflows and system management.
  9. Report on performance metrics and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare management, information technology, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 10 years in hospital management or healthcare systems with proven leadership experience.
  3. Strong understanding of hospital management systems and healthcare IT solutions.
  4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
  6. Ability to develop strategic proposals to improve system functions.
  7. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
