We are hiring a skilled Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office in Mecca, catering specifically to our Indian expat employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. You will also be required to assist with visa and ticket arrangements for our foreign employees and provide suitable accommodation options. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a diverse and multicultural environment. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month, with free accommodation and visa provided. Fluency in English is not mandatory, but basic communication skills would be beneficial. This job is suitable for male candidates only.
