JOB PURPOSE

Supervise the overall functions of the Warehouse and ensure Sales are served in line with company objectives. Be the link between 3PL, Sales and other Functions in achieving day to day objectives and ensure timely escalation of events / issues which needs to be addressed.

1. Issue accurate reports on slow / Non-moving inventories and ensure it is issued according to FEFO guidelines or to an agreed liquidation plan.
2. Follow-up on Pending Orders for shipments for all channels in order of priorities set by sales and in line with company process.
3. Ensure all the daily and monthly reports including KPI / Stands are issued accurately and in time.
4. All new SKUs are to be communicated to sales, ensure Master Data Interface with 3PL and the codes are validated for storage parameters and updated for In-bound receipts in coordination with Demand Planning and BIS.
5. Track KPI reports and reason out any deviation from the targets and take appropriate measures to avoid errors.
6. Track freshness of products by making sure that all FEFO procedures are followed by scrapping QA rejection, in-house expiry, production defects and stales from market in-time and with proper documentation. Coordinate with HR, 3PL and Municipality for destruction. Further coordinate with Freight and Transporter to dispose stales. Ensure same transactions is reflected in 3PL inventory records to avoid incremental storage charges.
7. Follow-up on the Inventory process tracking, physical count and reporting of inventory variance. Carryout periodic Inventory reconciliation with 3PL, create and post Inventory Adjustment documents in coordination with Finance Control team.
8. Daily follow-up on in-bound shipments with Plant, Freight and 3PL. Prioritise on low inventory items aiming higher Demand Compliance by extending the service time with 3PL.
9. Coordinate with BIS team and 3PL IT team to rectify any failed Interface transactions.
10. Consolidate all customer acknowledged invoices from 3PL. Daily follow-up pending PODs. Coordinate with Sales and 3PL to conclude on Invoices held by customers.
11. Process Returns in MEA S&D on daily basis and verify the data is interfaced in SAP before forwarding the documents to Finance. Secondly process Sales Returns (Stales and Production Damages) in MEA S&D to facilitate returns from Salesmen / Customers.
12. Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales and 3Pl for receiving, storage and issuance of POS materials including Display Racks.
13. Ensure all Food Safety standards are followed by regular checks.
14. Stock in Transit should be monitored regularly and cleared in coordination with receiving Plant /DC and Freight.
15. All Incidents should be reported in time and with correct documentation.
16. Implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the OH&S Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and OH&S targets are achieved.
17. Coordinate with Sales and 3PL to create new customers in 3PL Master Data.
18. Ensure daily activity data is recorded and verified with monthly service invoice from 3PL.

2. 1 years in warehouse, preferably in FMCGS.
