The role is with a large organization in the Construction industry, developing multiple assets in the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.

  • Create company wide Quality Assurance strategy.
  • Develop and implement all Quality Control procedures and standards.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality in the construction department.
  • Supervise and guide the construction team to meet quality expectations.
  • Perform inspections of all materials, equipment, and construction practices.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training for construction staff.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies associated.

A successful QA/QC Director should have:

  • A strong educational background in Construction or related fields. Bachelor's Degree compulsory.
  • Exceptional knowledge of quality assurance and control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using quality control software and conducting data analysis.
