Role And Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bouquet factory, ensuring the timely and efficient preparation of flower arrangements and bouquets.
• Train and supervise the team of florists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards. Educate them on the proper handling, care, and maintenance of flowers and floral supplies.
• Create and design various floral arrangements and bouquets according to client preferences, occasions, and design requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of flowers, greenery, and other floral supplies, ensuring an adequate stock level and quality control.
• Clean, cut, and properly care for flowers to maintain their freshness and longevity.
• Manage the condition and availability of decorative flower tools and materials, such as foam, pins, shapers, ribbons, etc.
• Stay updated on the latest floral design trends, techniques, and industry advancements to provide innovative and creative floral solutions to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to floral arrangements and bouquets.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, inventory, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.
• Manage the schedules of the staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods and special events.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

• Proficient in different floral design styles and wrapping techniques.
• Strong creativity and artistic skills to create visually appealing and unique floral arrangements and design catalogues.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy flower arrangements, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience as a florist.
