The Senior Business Development Manager in K.S.A. is responsible for a specific territory within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He/she is responsible for identifying new opportunities for DTS Solution's products and services and coordinates activities with the management of DTS as well as with our vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to serve customers effectively.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans focused on customer acquisition.
  • Develop relationships with prospective customers and executive stakeholders using consultative selling skills.
  • Understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position cybersecurity services.
  • Engage in a programmatic approach to generate, develop, and expand your territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends related to cybersecurity services.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a continuous point of contact for the customer within the assigned territory.
  • Developing and implementing an agreed business/marketing plan to meet personal and business goals for expanding DTS Service offerings.
  • Prospecting and meeting clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Engaging with key customers and building relationships.
  • Recommending budgets and monitoring financial performance versus the budget to forecast revenues.
  • Providing accurate and detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of identified opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.
  • Maximizing penetration of DTS Solution's services and product offerings among existing clients and new prospects.
  • Designing short and long-term growth strategies and preparing execution plans to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Building and sustaining long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and recommending relevant digital transformation solutions.
  • Serving as the key point of contact for key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Advising internal resources on pre-sale, sale, and delivery strategies and tactics.
  • Ensuring adherence to expected performance levels and proactively identifying new requirements for all key customers.
  • Managing account profitability and monitoring performance targets by identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Supporting key customers in their Cybersecurity journey by acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Maintaining ongoing knowledge of the industry, territory, existing and target accounts, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of DTS Solution products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition, and competition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Cyber Security focus preferred), coupled with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven ability to close business deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong KSA market experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of KSA-NCA and SAMA regulations and frameworks.
  • Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) offerings.
  • Experience in SOC as a Service (SOCaaS) offerings.
  • Experience working with targets.
  • Technical selling skills and ability to build and expand customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, negotiation, marketing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Cybersecurity experience certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with key cybersecurity tools and vendors.
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to manage CXO level relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
