A leading International company specialized in Roads, Bridges and Infrastructure in UAE is looking for :

About the role :

Support Resident Engineer in managing daily construction activities on-site. Hands-on experience on construction of major roads, utilities and traffic management.

Ensure Contractor's compliance with construction documents and regulations.

Assist in reviewing Contractor's submissions (shop drawings, materials, RFIs).

Provide on-site direction and guidance for construction activities.

Supervise site inspection staff as directed by Resident Engineer/ARE.

Measure and assess work completed on-site.

Enforce safety standards and practices on-site.

Report project updates and issues to Resident Engineer/ARE.

Monitor contractor's resource allocation and workforce productivity.

Assist in preparing and reviewing project close-out documentation.

Participate in health and safety initiatives as required.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience in Roads, Bridges, Infrastructure is a must
  • +7 Years of experience
  • Prior experience in construction supervision or operation and maintenance of roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC
  • Be fully computer literate and proficient in using technology to access data, maintain records, and generate reports.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate strong technical writing abilities.
