We are looking to hire a Senior Driver Operations Specialist to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi National with a strong background in driver operations management, logistics, or transportation.

In this role, you will oversee the operational performance of our driver teams, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, compliance with local regulations, and continuous improvement in service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage daily operations, and optimize driver performance to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of driver acquisition and activation agents and work with suppliers
  2. Conduct surveys to identify user pain points at country and city levels
  3. Research competitors within the country and city
  4. Create and oversee projects based on research findings in collaboration with other departments, setting and achieving specific goals
  5. Conduct customer development (CustDev) through field research with drivers and passengers
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams to enhance existing processes and develop new ones
  7. Manage and launch supply projects: drivers contest, drivers marketing, influencers, etc.
Qualifications
  1. Up to 2 years experience in a related area/sales/marketing
  2. Demonstrated expertise in drivers marketing/sales/user acquisition
  3. Good analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  4. Readiness for business trips
  5. English at least at Upper intermediate (mandatory)
