  • Lead and manage the UI / UX design team at Synechron to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
  • Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.

Key Skills :

  • Extensive experience in UI / UX design, including designing web and mobile applications.
  • Experience in API testing and Mobile apps / ISTQB Certified Preferred.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts and test data.
  • Report defects and assist in their understanding.
  • Knowledge about agile methodologies / tracking tools like JIRA / developing automated testing scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Experience :

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst / Product Owner role.
  • ISTQB Certified Preferred and bug tracking tools like JIRA / performance testing with tools like JMeter.

Relevant experience in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
