Channel Partner Manager - Physical Security

Channel Partner Account Manager - Physical Security technologies like CCTV, Access control, VMS, Video Analytics

For one of our international clients, we're seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Channel Partner Account Manager to support business expansion by working closely with key resellers and distribution partners.

Your Impact

  • Actively manage and grow a network of partners by offering hands-on support, including processing orders, coordinating returns, and resolving challenges via direct or distribution channels.
  • Enable partner success by ensuring their teams are trained, certified, and prepared to effectively deploy our offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, onboard, and support new channel partners to enhance market coverage.
  • Lead and participate in partner engagement activities that drive opportunity creation and overall territory growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments—including sales, engineering, and business development—to align on partner strategies and deliver cohesive value.
  • Contribute to regional sales objectives by collaborating on planning, revenue forecasting, and quota setting for assigned partners.
  • Support end-user sales cycles by coordinating closely with partners, providing sales enablement tools, and aligning on joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to partners and customers, helping them visualize the full potential of our solutions.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A background in physical security technologies like CCTV, Access control, VMS, Video Analytics.
  • Experience working directly with System Integrators, distributors, or clients in a business development or account management capacity.
  • Comfortable with technical discussions and product demonstrations, backed by a solid understanding of security systems.
  • Strong command of both Arabic and English, with proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both languages.
  • Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines through partner collaboration and proactive outreach.
