We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Property Sales Advisor. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership across the assigned Groups and Departments, optimizing human capital resources and driving organizational performance.
Job Description
Summary
A Property Sales Advisor in the real estate development sector is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. The advisor's role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating between parties to finalize deals. They also prepare the necessary documents and follow legal procedures, while ensuring excellent customer service and staying updated on the latest market trends to provide accurate advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation to potential customers
- Assess and prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds
- Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable options
- Convey and promote client products in a logical manner to turn customers into success partners
- Stay up to date with current and emerging real estate trends for the Saudi market. Articulate client's competitive advantage
- Deliver a positive customer experience. Act as an Ambassador for client by supporting, reassuring, and educating the customer throughout the meeting/call
- Identify the priorities of customers and manage time and effort accordingly
- Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.
- Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievement
- Follow-up with customers to understand their interest level and possible apprehensions
- Inflight the customer of the financing options
- Negotiate price for exceptional scenarios along with senior management to close the deal
- Prioritize work as per the monthly sales plan and agreed targets
- Support customer with transaction
- Provide the documents to customers and connect them with financing partner
- Support customer to prepare the required documentation for financing
- Facilitate signing of contract and receive down payment from customer/financing partner
- Maintain top-notch relationship with customers and direct them to customer care
- Direct customer after sales inquiries to relevant departments
- Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.
- Report the status of all the open sales and recovery status to the line manager
- Report any issues, concerns or suggestions to the line manager
