Loss Prevention Coordinator | UAE National only

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform risk assessment of site & operation model and frame mitigation measures.
  2. Manage physical security of sites through guarding service & monitor optimum functioning of electronic surveillance devices.
  3. Conduct detailed investigations within the policy framework, identify root causes, write reports, and develop management action plans for process formulation, compliance, and improvement.
  4. Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could positively impact shrink reduction metrics.
  5. Build effective working relationships within the team & manage stakeholders to drive closure of optimization trackers and management action plans.
  6. Effectively manage security services vendors for SLA adherence and conduct training for guarding force on S&LP processes.
  7. Manage preventative maintenance of physical devices and train staff on emergency response.
  8. Coordinate with government agencies at the site level.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience in investigative or loss prevention field, preferably in a retail, e-commerce, warehouse, and manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Advanced level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office package.
  4. Strong communication skills & basic knowledge of English/vernacular language.
  5. Demonstrated ability to deal with business tools & understand business metrics.
  6. Demonstrated ability to perform in a pressure environment with adherence to timelines.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills & proven experience in managing stakeholders and vendors.
  8. Strong business ethics, integrity, and discretion.
  9. Travel between Emirates/sites will be required; driving license & transport is essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Emirati National - Experience in the military or law enforcement is preferred, as well as retail or logistics security management experience.
  2. Industry licensed (e.g., SIRA, SIA, etc.).
