The Role / Opportunity
Our Business Unit is searching for a Production Manager in the Cheese Blending & Fermentation department in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to ensure that all Milk and Laban products are manufactured to fulfill internal customer requirements, conforming to laid down quality standards and specifications. Ensuring that all necessary resources are available and utilized in a safe and efficient manner to meet customer expectations.
Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:
- Bachelor's degree in dairy technology
- Five (5) years' experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment
- Working knowledge in ISO9000 quality standards
- Experience in the production of cultured products preferred
