ITP Media Saudi is looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to join its team as ahlan Riyadh—a new, social-first, Arabic-language consumer media brand—prepares for its launch in April. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in shaping the commercial success of a vibrant new brand, targeting a diverse and engaged audience in Riyadh and beyond.
With a portfolio of over 100 leading brands, ITP Media Group is a recognized leader in the Middle East media landscape, with a range that includes Time Out, Harper's Bazaar Arabia, and more. As part of the ahlan Riyadh launch team, you'll be responsible for driving new revenue streams, building relationships with clients, and delivering multi-channel advertising solutions that span digital, print, social, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, develop, and maintain a strong client base for ahlan Riyadh, driving new business and revenue opportunities across multiple media platforms.
- Pitch tailored multi-channel advertising solutions to clients in various sectors, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Create and deliver high-quality sales presentations that engage clients and help close deals effectively.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and delivering ongoing, outstanding service.
- Collaborate with the Advertising Director and editorial teams to ensure all client campaigns meet content and editorial standards.
- Work with your network and market insights to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of trends in the media and advertising space.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, driving consistent growth and success for ahlan Riyadh as it establishes itself in the market.
Personal Attributes and Essential Skills:
- An exceptional new business developer, with a proven track record in driving sales across multiple media platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and manage clients effectively.
- Creative problem-solver, able to deliver innovative solutions and execute them under tight deadlines.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proactive and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and creating successful partnerships.
- An existing network within the Saudi market is a plus, but not essential.
Education & Experience:
- At least two years' experience in media sales, including digital, print, social, and events.
- Degree or equivalent industry qualification preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a commercial or media environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other essential tools.
- A desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing brand and help shape the future of ahlan Riyadh.
- Ability to manage ad-hoc projects in addition to day-to-day responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and excellence.
