Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best
  3. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  5. Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
  2. Strong leadership and motivational skills
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  4. In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors
  5. Ability to analyze data and draw insights for decision-making
  6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
