We are looking for a service-minded Maintenance Troubleshooter to provide professional elevator and escalator maintenance service to our customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier. You will work toward ensuring quality service and improving equipment safety and performance. As a Maintenance Troubleshooter, you will be performing regular maintenance checks and tasks on KONE and Third-Party equipment, as well as attending callouts for stoppages. Training and technical support are provided, and the opportunity for advancement within the company is only limited by your willingness to progress.

Responsibilities:
  1. Attend service calls and complete planned and unplanned repairs.
  2. Carry out activities by KONE policies and procedures, including a sound understanding of quality and safety standards.
  3. Take immediate action on site in case of high-risk identification and apply the escalation procedure.
  4. Communicate new technical issues found on the equipment that could cause callouts or safety hazards.
  5. Responsible for solving the complex technical issues that cannot be solved by the maintenance technician by applying the correct breakdown analysis procedures.
  6. Accountable for the end-users and site safety.
  7. Precise and timely reporting of the work done.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience within the elevators & escalators industry.
  2. Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  3. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
