Senior Service Engineer (only HVAC Experience)

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Department: After-Sales | Service & Warranty

Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer to lead our after-sales service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and efficient service operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, warranty management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve warranty, service, and revenue-related complaints within set KPIs.
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting HVAC system issues and mentor the service team.
  • Organize and conduct service training to enhance team capabilities.
  • Communicate with factory, engineering, and quality teams to resolve warranty-related issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis of equipment defects and recommend solutions.
  • Supervise and guide the team in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
  • Support the sales team with cost estimation and retrofit proposals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) OR 7-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Gulf experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of chillers, package units, AHUs, split systems, screw & reciprocating compressors.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, customer service, leadership, and technical reporting abilities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Arabic, Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
