About the Job

One of our clients is hiring a Business Development Specialist

Join the energetic business development team of one of our great partners, where your talent for relationship building and deal closing within the entrepreneurial landscape will be highly valued.

This is a full-time, junior-level role — ideal for professionals who are skilled in identifying potential clients, presenting unique solutions, and closing deals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential business partners and clients.
  • Lead the business development process from initial contact to partnership closure.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Meet business development targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute business growth initiatives.

Requirements for Success:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the entrepreneurial/startup sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
