We are looking for a Projects Sales Lead Engineer to help increase our market share in KSA market. Location base is our office in Riyad KSA. You will report to Senior sales manager for residential segment and Projects Development – Home & distribution business unit.
Home & Distribution Business Unit is responsible for Promoting all Schneider Scope in Distribution segment & Residential segment as well.
Focusing on Final Distribution Panel, Wiring Devices, Isolators, home automation, Emergency lighting & E-mobility Solutions.
As a Projects Sales Lead Engineer your role and responsibilities are:
- Assuring full scanning for current Projects especially residential ones in central area.
- Assuring Prescription & selling of Schneider Products in these Projects especially Home & distribution scope.
- Collaborating with sales force of other segments to prescribe and sale Home & distribution scope in all projects.
- High and effective relations with our distribution network and partners and best use of them to facilitate our sales and approach to current projects.
- Providing to customer full technical and commercial support as per Projects specifications and our portfolio.
- Preparing technical offer / submittals in cooperation with Presales team & our partners.
- Full utilizing of your relations to reach maximum no. of contractors / end users to increase our market share.
Required skills:
- High Communication and presentation skills, both towards a technical and non-technical audience
- Influence, negotiate and close deals.
- Key accounts management, strategic planning.
- Ability of understanding and interpreting technical descriptions, request for tender.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required qualifications:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in engineering – preferred Electrical.
- A minimum work experience of 3-5 years in a similar role or 5 years in front office in a position which request sales and technical competencies.
