IT Recruiter

Desired Requirements:

• Saudi market experience mandatory
• Aware of local employment pass regulations
• In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.)
• Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or any related field
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Female candidates preferred
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, LinkedIn)
• Arabic speaking mandatory

Skills:

Salary: SAR 10K - 18K

• Bachelor's degree in IT or similar
• 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment and account management
• Coordinate with the Business Development Team to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Experience in hiring IT technologies
• Analyze and clearly understand job requirements from clients, including job descriptions, qualifications, and other skills
• Operate and administer the recruitment and selection process
• Conduct candidates' interviews and pre-screening of CVs
• Sourcing potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, and arranging interviews between client and candidate
• Support clients and candidates during the salary and benefits offer process and negotiation
