The Financial Analyst's main responsibilities are:
- Ensure Revenue recognition is run after validating the Rates, mhrs and other parameters.
- Ensure Revenue recognition for ODC & Subcontracting.
- Ensure all Client billings are done regularly in ERP & Portal regularly.
- Collect all the required approved supporting documents for Invoicing, Collect all the documents related to ODC reimbursement, Extract the Timesheet from GEOS and check the rates are as per Aramco Roaster for Aramco Invoices, Run the draft invoice and ensure all the details are correct to avoid the Credit note, Furnish the details in tool excel template and validate the information's are correct,
- Ensure the FEE calculation is done every QTR for accruals in the ERP.
- Ensure Subcontractor cost booking is validated and Revenue accrual for the same is done properly.
- All the generated invoices need to be uploaded in Saudi Aramco portal upon their approval from Aramco.
- Gather the information through PMs which need to upload the Aramco Invoice in SAP portal, Follow up the SES with PMs for approval, Send the approved invoice to Aramco Invoice processing department, Follow up for payment
- Billing & Unbilled shared on a quarterly basis to be reviewed and billing plan to be met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
- 0 - 2 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
