Industrial Resin Factory, based in the Riyadh Region, is a leader in manufacturing high-quality resin products, including Alkyd Resins, Styrenated Alkyd Resins, TPA, AP, and Epoxy Resins. These materials are essential for coatings, inks, and chemical packaging industries. We are expanding into emulsion resins as part of a new strategic project and seeking experienced talent to lead this initiative.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Emulsion Chemist at Industrial Resin Factory. The Emulsion Chemist will spearhead our emulsion resin project, overseeing laboratory tests, quality control, R&D, and project management. The role involves developing formulations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience with emulsion resin development and management
  2. Strong laboratory skills, quality control, and analytical skills
  3. Expertise in Research and Development (R&D)
  4. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (Master's preferred)
  5. Ability to lead new product development initiatives
  6. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  7. Excellent communication and organizational skills
