We are seeking a Nurse practitioner to look after our people and facilitate their fast recuperation. You will be responsible for informing them and their families on prevention and healthy routines. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and trained professional able to provide the best nursing care with little guidance. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered, adhering to health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient's health by providing quality nursing care.
Responsibilities- Screen patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and guidance.
- Observe and interpret client's signs and symptoms and communicate them to doctors.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to design personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Execute routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
- Adjust and provide client's medication and supply therapies according to physician's orders.
- Evaluate the facilities and act to maintain exceptional health and safety (sanitizing equipment, disinfecting surfaces, preparing beds, etc.).
- Provide immediate medical treatment in emergencies.
- Assist surgeons during operations.
- Manage and educate LPNs and nursing assistants.
- Foster a supportive and caring environment to care for individuals and their families.
- Enhance knowledge and skills by attending educational workshops, meetings, etc.
- Proven experience as a registered nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care techniques and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of emergency care.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures (hygiene, decontamination, etc.) and readiness to follow them at all times.
- A team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and compassionate.
- Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Patient with exceptional analytical skills.
- BSc or other diploma from a nursing program.
- Valid nursing license.
Job Type: Permanent, Contract
Salary: 4,642.00 - 5,500.00 per month
