Position Title: Sales Business Development Manager (Digital, Lending, and Core Banking)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Business Development Manager with a strong background in Digital, Lending, and Core Banking solutions to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the banking and financial software industry, with a proven track record of engaging with Digital Banks, traditional Banks, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). A deep understanding of Digital and Emerging Technologies is essential to drive business growth in this competitive market.
This position requires a strategic thinker and a relationship builder capable of developing tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of clients in the financial sector.
Key Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the banking and financial software industry.
- Expertise in selling Digital, Lending, and Core Banking solutions.
- Experience engaging with Digital Banks, traditional Banks, and NBFCs in the Middle East market.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills
- Deep understanding of banking systems, lending platforms, and digital transformation in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
