Job Accountabilities & Activities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in the government sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to government tenders.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, coordinating efforts with internal departments.
- Manage existing accounts, focusing on customer retention and growth.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with government regulations and ethical standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Engineering / Information Technology or a similar discipline from an accredited university
