Established in 2000 in Turkey, Rixos pioneers the 'ALL Inclusive, ALL Exclusive' concept, inviting guests to discover a world of possibilities, with luxurious stays, inclusive of culinary delights from around the globe, live entertainment, daily sports, and fitness activities, sensorial spa and wellness journeys and fun-filled kids and teens activities.

Billed as 'the first luxurious integrated resort in Jeddah', Rixos Obhur Jeddah will meet the increasing demand for luxurious hospitality paired with high-quality leisure activities in the area. The resort will host guests in 250 residential units, including 176 rooms and 74 villas, as well as a fine-dining restaurant, two specialty beach restaurants and a lounge bar. Among its many highlights will be an exclusive private beach. Other amenities are to include a central ballroom for events, meeting rooms, a fitness center, a spa, kids and teens clubs, and several swimming pools. All of this will be set amid green landscaping, golden beaches and a port.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wellness Instructor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wellness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being among our clients through comprehensive wellness programs and personalized guidance.

• Develop and lead engaging group fitness classes tailored to various fitness levels and abilities.
• Create and implement holistic wellness programs that encompass physical fitness, nutrition, and stress management.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients, helping them achieve their personal wellness goals.
• Conduct wellness assessments and create individualized plans for clients.
• Offer nutritional guidance and educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices.
• Organize and facilitate workshops on stress management techniques and work-life balance.
• Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment, ensuring proper use of equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in wellness and fitness.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Track and report on client progress and program effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or similar certification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in wellness instruction or a related field.
• Proficiency in developing and leading group fitness classes.
• Strong knowledge of wellness program development and implementation.
• Expertise in nutritional guidance and stress management techniques.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals.
• Empathetic and supportive approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using fitness tracking software and equipment.
• Knowledge of various wellness practices and holistic health approaches.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to adapt to the cultural context of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
