Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead Folio3's business development, partnerships, and revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. This role is important in growing our local sales and delivery presence, leveraging Folio3's existing traction (NEOM, MIS) and regional resource hubs (UAE, Pakistan).
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technology sales within startup environments, experience managing affiliates and partnerships, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales, establish key relationships, and position Folio3 as a preferred technology partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Entry Strategy:
Help execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the Saudi Arabian tech landscape.
Identify and prioritize target industries and customer segments in line with Vision 2030 initiatives. - Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting high-growth sectors, such as AI, Cloud and Data Services, ERP, and E-commerce.
Identify and close new business opportunities, achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Drive consultative sales, positioning Folio3 as a leading technology partner in the KSA market.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with enterprise clients and SMBs. - Partnerships & Market Expansion:
Manage strategic partnerships with local affiliates to accelerate market penetration.
Work closely with government entities, technology hubs, and private sector leaders to align with Vision 2030 initiatives.
Leverage Folio3's existing KSA traction (NEOM, MIS) and UAE/Pakistan resources to scale operations. - Client Relationship Management:
Engage with executives, IT decision-makers, and business leaders to understand their technology needs and challenges.
Deliver customized solutions and proposals that align with client objectives and drive value. - Brand Building & Market Presence:
Represent Folio3 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized campaigns and promotional materials. - Market Insights & Strategy:
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory updates in Saudi Arabia.
Provide market intelligence reports, and collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to align solutions with market demand.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience:
5+ years in B2B technology sales, preferably within high-growth environments, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Technical Acumen:
Strong understanding of AI, Enterprise software platforms, and custom software development.
Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms. - Market Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with the Saudi market, including Vision 2030 initiatives and local business culture. - Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, and make data-driven decisions.
