We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our innovative design team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will lead and execute high-end interior design projects across various sectors, bringing creativity and technical expertise to create stunning, functional spaces.

• Develop and manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate interior and architectural design elements effectively
• Create detailed design presentations, including space plans, furniture layouts, material selections, and 3D visualizations
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Conduct on-site visits to oversee project implementation and ensure design integrity
• Stay current with local and international design trends, incorporating them into projects while respecting cultural considerations
• Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into exceptional design solutions
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including construction drawings and specifications
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the design practice

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on large-scale projects especially Airport projects
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM delivery processes
• Strong technical and design expertise, demonstrated through a diverse portfolio of completed projects
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion across various sectors (e.g., residential, commercial, hospitality)
• Excellent skills in other design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and current design trends
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and cultural design considerations in Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to design
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
