Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager/Director – Specialized in Café & Roastery to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage overall operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure the continued success of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in a senior management role. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in a senior management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
  • A deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape is preferred.
