We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to oversee and strengthen our relationships with clients. This role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery, addressing client needs, and acting as a bridge between the client and internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.

•Understand clients' needs and objectives and align internal resources to meet them effectively.

•Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions.

•Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, updating them on progress and performance.

•Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to clients.

•Monitor and analyze client feedback to make data-driven improvements.

•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide value-added services.

Qualifications

Requirements:


•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.

•Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

•Proficiency in project management and client relationship management (CRM) tools.

•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
