Key Responsibilities:

    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative programs tailored to workforce needs.
  2. Student Empowerment Initiatives:
    1. Lead training initiatives focused on career-readiness skills such as resume writing, business communication, and interview preparation.
    2. Ensure alignment between academic programs and industry requirements.
  3. Team Leadership and Coordination:
    1. Manage a geographically dispersed team and oversee their contributions to the program's success.
    2. Drive team performance by fostering collaboration and accountability.
  4. Market Analysis and Program Optimization:
    1. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    2. Provide actionable insights to continuously refine program offerings.

    1. Excellent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English.
