At Soum, we're on a mission to build a marketplace that enables users to buy and sell anything online with convenience, trust, and ease starting in the MENA market. We began with second-hand electronics in KSA, becoming market leaders, and are now expanding to used cars and collectibles. In just two years, we've facilitated hundreds of thousands of transactions across 150+ locations in the Kingdom, maintained 10,000 active listings at any given time, earned the distinction of being the 10th most downloaded e-commerce app in KSA for 2023, and received more than 5 million app downloads.

We are looking for an outstanding Relationship Manager to manage Soum customer and supplier products to expand to a larger supplier base and grow the products offered on the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Engagement and Oversight: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they effectively display and sell their products on the platform.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key supplier performance metrics, aiming to enhance their service levels through targeted development. Expand and diversify the supplier portfolio by engaging new suppliers and strengthening partnerships with current ones.
  • Relationship Management: Foster a collaborative relationship with suppliers to ensure sustained engagement and long-term presence on the platform.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve supplier issues promptly. Escalate significant concerns to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
  • Financial Coordination: Oversee supplier payments, ensuring accurate and timely transfers, and promptly resolve any financial issues suppliers may encounter.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Nationality: Saudi
  • 1-3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client issues effectively.
