What You'll Do

As an SE, Collaboration (Solutions Engineer), your primary responsibility is to provide technical guidance and sales support on the Cisco Collaboration Portfolio. You will have expertise around Cisco's entire Collaboration Portfolio with an emphasis on the Webex SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration SaaS Solution and Architectural Selling
  • Explain the elements of the Cisco Collaboration SaaS solutions and architecture.
  • Deliver demonstrations and technical proof of concepts for customers.
  • Help partner technical sales teams design innovative architectural solutions.
  • Ensure the detailed features, functionality and architectural impact of Cisco technology are understood.
  • Travel will be a requirement of this job.

Who You'll Work With

In this role, you will partner with the Collaboration Account Executive and work with other Cisco Specialist SEs across areas such as Security and Enterprise Networking.

Who You Are

  • You have a university degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the Collaboration field or in a SaaS sales engineering role.
  • You have at least 4 years of Pre-Sales /Systems Engineer experience.
  • You have deep understanding of Webex workloads.
  • You're able to maintain up to date Cisco product knowledge.
  • You invest time in learning about technology shifts.
  • You prioritize personal and organizational development.
  • You're able to maintain personal organization and time management.
  • You're attentive to details and always follow-up.
  • You possess strong presentation skills.
  • You have a deep technical acumen and foundational knowledge of relevant Collaboration technology.
  • Customer experience or contact center background preferred.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Internetworking equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Cisco DevNet and relevant API integration is a plus.
  • English and Arabic speaking is a must.
