We are looking for a highly skilled MicroStrategy Expert with 6+ years of experience to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MicroStrategy architecture, dashboard development, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design end-to-end MicroStrategy solutions to meet business intelligence needs.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Optimize MicroStrategy schema objects, including attributes, facts, and hierarchies.
  • Implement best practices for data modeling, ETL, and report performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and data-related issues.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in MicroStrategy development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in MicroStrategy architecture and solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy Web, Developer, Mobile, and Library.
  • Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and metadata management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning.
  • Experience with integration of MicroStrategy with other BI tools and cloud platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
