Jobs at this level are responsible for managing stc's commercial portfolio of products & services, pricing, promotion, campaigns and demand forecasting activities associated with Marketing & Communication. Also, they are responsible for managing complete customer lifecycle and experience that create improved value for the organization. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility
  1. Manage analysis of market and competitor data pertaining to stc's products and services, in order to devise effective action plans for maximization of sales, revenues and market share.
  2. Manage marketing and corporate communication projects and initiatives, as may be required by the reporting senior.
  3. Develop annual marketing plan for STC including marketing budget and relevant business cases, and pricing after in-depth analysis of the marketing requirements for stc's plans, new projects and other ad-hoc programs.
  4. Monitor funds utilization with respect to fulfilment of marketing initiatives and revise stc's marketing budget, if required, in order to ensure effective implementation of all planned marketing activities.
  5. Lead all initiatives aimed at analysing best practices in the field of marketing and corporate communication in order to implement ideas for continuous improvement in relevant policy areas.
  6. Manage coordination with all relevant departments for identifying, evaluating and implementing effective ways of applying research findings to the business.
  7. Ensure all new marketing initiatives approved for implementation are reflected in the overall marketing roadmap and ensure all relevant documentation is developed, for ease of reference, when required.
  8. Review all technical documentation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication prior to submission of key findings to the management.
  9. Ensure effective relationships are maintained with stc's external vendors including media agencies, event management companies and market research agencies, and ensure their queries are effectively addressed.
  10. Manage risk identification and mitigation related to Marketing and Corporate Communication, in order to address all identified business and financial risks.
  11. Engage and retain team members to ensure that the right skills are available in the team, when required.
