About the role
We are looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee our cold storage facility and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for quality, attention to detail, and leadership skills to manage a team and maintain smooth warehouse processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on vegetables to ensure freshness and compliance with standards.
- Prepare daily orders accurately for dispatch.
- Supervise a team of 10 or more workers, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
- Oversee dispatch to ensure all orders are sent out before the shift ends.
- Maintain stock records and assist in inventory management.
- Ensure warehouse hygiene and follow cold storage handling procedures.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking orders and inventory.
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken & written).
- Prior experience in cold storage warehouse operations is preferred.
