Govyy is a growing eCommerce brand based in Jeddah, offering premium facial tissues and napkins directly to consumers across Saudi Arabia. As we expand our presence beyond direct-to-consumer online channels, we're looking to scale through partnerships with retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

We're seeking a driven and strategic Channel Sales Executive to lead this growth and build high-performing sales partnerships across offline and B2B sectors.

Role Overview

As the Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, marketplaces, and distributors to increase product reach and revenue. Your role will be key to expanding Govyy's footprint across multiple sales channels in Saudi Arabia, while maintaining brand integrity and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Strategy

  1. Identify and onboard new sales and distribution channels including B2B clients, offline retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and marketplaces.
  2. Develop and execute a channel sales strategy aligned with Govyy's growth targets and brand positioning.
  3. Build strategic relationships with distributors, retail chains, and resellers to maximize sales performance.
  4. Develop channel pricing, discount structures, and promotional plans in collaboration with marketing and finance teams.
  5. Set channel-specific sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs and ensure their achievement.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to closing deals and post-sale account management.
  7. Track and analyze channel performance, generating sales reports and market feedback for internal teams.
  8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners to ensure profitable partnerships.
  9. Lead geographic expansion plans within Saudi Arabia through regional partnerships.
  10. Understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with the supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth delivery and replenishment for partners.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with the marketing team to support channel-specific campaigns and trade marketing initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance to align on pricing, inventory, and account servicing.
  3. Serve as a key point of contact for channel partners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. 1+ years of experience in channel sales, B2B partnerships, or key account management, preferably in FMCG or eCommerce.
  2. Strong network and knowledge of Saudi distribution and retail markets.
  3. Proven track record in developing and growing partner channels.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Experience with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
  6. Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia to meet partners and drive expansion.
  7. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
