Key Responsibilities:

Government Liaison

  1. Proactively communicate with Saudi ministries (Commerce, Taxation, etc.) for regulatory consultations
  2. Represent clients at government offices requiring Saudi citizen access
  3. Obtain real-time policy updates via phone/email/onsite visits

Operational Support

  1. Guide Chinese clients through government registration processes
  2. Address localization requirements for cross-border operations
  3. Collaborate on ad-hoc projects supporting business growth

Documentation Expertise

  1. Accurately translate Arabic legal documents to English/Chinese
  2. Maintain bilingual regulatory database for team reference
  3. Prepare compliant templates for official submissions

Skills

Language Skills (Mandatory):

  1. Native Arabic proficiency
  2. Professional English translation capability (samples required)
  3. Basic Chinese communication preferred

Technical Competence:

  1. Thorough understanding of Saudi business registration/tax compliance
  2. Familiarity with official document formats (CR certificates, VAT filings, etc.)
  3. Prior legal translation experience preferred

Experience:

  1. 1+ years in government liaison or corporate registration services
  2. Experience supporting Chinese companies strongly valued
  3. Fresh graduates must provide relevant internship proof
