Sanar is an innovative leader in the healthcare technology industry, dedicated to delivering top-notch products that enhance patient care and streamline healthcare processes. We are seeking a Product Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the full product lifecycle.

Role Overview:

As a Product Specialist at Sanar, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from initiation through to prototyping, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Initiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, objectives, and requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Prototyping: Develop and iterate on product prototypes, working closely with design and engineering teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Testing and UAT: Lead the testing process to validate product functionality, performance, and user experience. Coordinate UAT sessions with end-users to gather feedback and ensure product readiness.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, user guides, and training materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback post-launch to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of prototyping methodologies and user testing processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
