Senior Commercial Project Manager – Saudi Arabia

Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings division as a Senior Commercial Project Manager and help us re-imagine the world by finding innovative solutions for a smarter tomorrow.

Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented
  1. Perform Commercial Project Management activities for the assigned Projects Portfolio.
  2. Drive end-to-end commercial execution, business performance planning, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Oversee commercial execution across projects and contracts, ensuring KPIs (Revenue, Billing Plans, Cashflow, Margins) are met.
  4. Manage contracts and claims with clients and subcontractors.
  5. Monitor project KPIs and ongoing performance, including deviations and corrective actions.
  6. Ensure timely cleanup of balance sheets and aging commitments costs.
  7. Evaluate Risks & Opportunities, develop risk mitigations, and report findings.
  8. Monitor and evaluate costs, and address discrepancies.
  9. Process purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP.
  10. Verify bills according to terms & conditions.
  11. Maintain progress & payment records of subcontractors and follow up on accounts receivable.
  12. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for subcontractor payments.
  13. Coordinate with treasury regarding bonds, guarantees, and letters of credit.
  14. Plan and monitor procurement and shipping schedules.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
  1. Minimum graduation in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
  2. At least 7 years of experience; Siemens experience is a plus.
  3. Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, and accounting standards.
  4. Experience with SAP is mandatory.
  5. CPM@Siemens certification is advantageous.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  7. Fluency in English and Arabic.
