Director of Business Operations & Support

Strategic Leadership & Business Operations

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic planning and execution.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline internal processes and enhance business efficiency.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to support company growth.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with sales objectives and market trends.
  • Guide the marketing team in leveraging digital and traditional platforms effectively.
  • Serve as a bridge between business support teams and the sales department to ensure aligned priorities.
  • Develop tools, systems, and reporting methods to support sales performance.
  • Analyze customer and sales data to provide actionable insights.

Prescription & Technical Product Support

  • Lead the prescription team in providing detailed technical specifications and product guidance for client projects.
  • Ensure product teams are up to date with current market requirements and technical advancements.
  • Foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, consultants, and government bodies.
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of product managers and officers.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Align team structure and capabilities with evolving business needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing. A Master's degree is a strong plus.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or marketing within the electrical or industrial products sector, with proven leadership at a director or senior management level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with electrical product lines such as street poles, lighting systems, and switchgear, and a clear understanding of regional specifications and trends.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team management.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.

Preferred Profile:

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
