Responsibilities
  1. Ensure logistics of company all Trading Businesses, including Electronics Appliances, Automobile, Home Textile, etc.
  2. All In/Out movements of stocks.
  3. Coordination with Clearing Agent, Commercial Team, Finance, Sales, and After Sales team.
  4. Management of CBU, Parts, component, and Packing, re-packing.
  5. KSA level multi warehouses management (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam).
  6. Company and outsourced transport management.
  7. Department level HR management.
  8. Coordination with Clients and Supply chain management.
  9. Departmental level coordination with all key customers' warehouse teams.
  10. Record keeping and MIS management.
  11. Overall development of logistics department.
  12. Optimization of logistics department from cost center to profit center.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail, Distribution, or similar Business.
  3. Exceptional Leadership and Team Management Skills.
  4. Strategic Thinking, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant logistics and inventory management software.
