ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to help manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. Our team's objective is to provide accurate resolutions to all sellers and fulfillment centres. The Investigation Specialist will support Sellers, Associates, and Management while ensuring program standards for individual and team performance are met. An Investigation Representative at ROW IB is responsible for the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolves issues created by sellers accurately and in a timely manner.

Key job responsibilities

An Investigation Representative provides timely resolution to issues by researching, querying internal tools, and making real-time decisions. The ideal candidate should understand requirements, analyze data, notice trends, and drive seller experience improvements without compromising on time. Basic understanding of inbounding processes and clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.

A day in the life

An Investigation Representative conducts assigned investigations promptly within an ambiguous environment, using data analysis and other tools. This role requires high ownership throughout the investigation lifecycle, facilitating information flow, reporting progress, identifying blockers, and providing resolutions. The candidate should perform deep dives to summarize findings, propose solutions, and identify gaps and risks in current mechanisms.

About the team

The Rest of World Inbound (ROW IB) team is part of ROW APEX, India Operations. Our objective is to provide a hassle-free and smooth inbound experience to all sellers and vendors across Amazon fulfillment centers. The team manages freight delivery planning, rescue operations, and contingency management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
