Connect Energy partners with an international drilling company to look for a MARKETING DIRECTOR to be based in their SAUDI ARABIA office.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the President of the company, this position involves in participating in the Executive Management Team, liaising with the Company's headquarter, supporting the President in daily management and maintaining relationships with Company's rig owners and branches.
  • Key responsibilities include managing business processes, representing company at events, supervising Marketing and Contract Management, approving relevant policies, providing market updates, and bid recommendations.
  • Monitoring of rig requirements, introducing company's services to new clients and maintaining client relationships.
  • Oversees the Marketing and Contracts team, standardizes marketing materials, ensures contractual compliance, maintains strong client contacts, oversees client feedback, evaluates team performance, fulfills personal KPIs, and performs other duties as assigned by the President.

Requirements

  • Min. 10 years experience in Marketing, Contracts and Commercial role
  • Previous marketing experience in Global Offshore Industry
  • Experience in negotiating contracts in International Market
  • Experience in Marketing and contract negotiation in GCC countries, Middle East, near East and Africa will be an advantage.
