Parsons in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and contract administration for major wastewater infrastructure projects in Tabuk. You will measure, validate, and certify works, ensuring payments reflect field reality and budgets.

Day-to-day on-site collaboration with Resident Engineers and construction teams, oversight of variations, IPCs, and claims, with emphasis on CESMM4/POMI and FIDIC contracts.
