WFM Specialist

As a WFM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the workforce management process for our company in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring that our workforce is efficiently scheduled and deployed to meet the demands of our operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain accurate workforce schedules based on forecasted demand
2. Monitor real-time adherence to schedules and make necessary adjustments
3. Analyze historical data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
4. Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accurate forecasting
5. Provide regular reports and analysis on workforce performance and productivity

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. COPC, HPMT (High Performance Management Techniques) certificate preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Experience with workforce management software
7. Knowledge of call center operations and best practices
