Warehouse Clerk

Rawafid is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, receiving and shipping materials, and ensuring that the warehouse is organized and efficient. You will play a crucial role in facilitating project needs by ensuring that materials are stored, tracked, and dispatched accurately and on time. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. 1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
2. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored following safety and quality standards.
3. Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
4. Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in stock management activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
5. Assist in the implementation of warehouse procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.
6. Ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any issues related to warehouse operations.

1. High school diploma.
2. Min. 5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
3. Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, and Word.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
5. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads as needed.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
