Skills

  • In-depth familiarity with the MEP Contracting industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Holder of a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent relations with potential suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented approach to conduct thorough cost risk assessments, identifying potential variances and developing contingency plans to mitigate financial risks while adhering to quality standards and project deadlines.
  • In-depth familiarity with industry-tailored cost influencers, materials, labor pricing, and market tendencies, enabling the creation of meticulous cost frameworks that underpin well-informed choices throughout project conception and implementation.
  • Profound understanding of sector-specific cost determinants, materials, labor costs, and market shifts, facilitating the formulation of accurate cost blueprints that drive knowledgeable decision-making through project preparation and enactment.
  • Adept in leveraging advanced cost estimation methods and software platforms to precisely determine project costs and deliver thorough cost itemizations for engineering assignments.
  • Excellent communication prowess for seamless interaction with diverse teams, project overseers, and clients, ensuring concurrence on cost estimates and preserving transparency throughout the project's life cycle.
  • Diligent manner in conducting thorough cost risk analyses, recognizing possible variations, and creating contingency strategies to mitigate financial hazards, all the while ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timeframes.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
