We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and ERP systems in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Support in day-to-day accounting tasks (data entry, invoicing, filing)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closings
  • Coordinate with auditors and prepare required documentation
  • Help in reconciliation of accounts and bank statements
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT and ZATCA guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate month-end records by examining all financial statements
  • Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company
  • Prepare accurate reports on all the financial closing statements of the company
  • Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Saudi National (preferred, if applying Nitaqat/HRDF support)
  • Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner
  • Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques
  • Qualified Microsoft Suite professional with a proven track record of implementing technology in financial tasks
