Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple channels, including retailers KA, Van Sales, catering, and Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes). This role requires a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the fresh produce, poultry, dairy, or related FGCG industries. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, build key relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales plans to meet regional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned region, with a focus on retailers KA, Van Sales, catering, and Horeca channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers KA, Van Sales, wholesalers, and Horeca operators.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies for the region.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and alignment with customer requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and the achievement of regional revenue goals.
- Manage customer negotiations and resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with specific experience in retailers, catering, and Horeca channels.
- Proven history of growth through previous organizations.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Extensive experience in fresh produce, poultry, dairy, or the fresh market or related field is essential.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management within the targeted sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
